Refund policy

Products can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date under the following conditions:

• The product is unopened and undamaged. If we receive a product that has been opened or damaged, we regret that we cannot provide a refund for the returned product.
• The product has been registered for return in advance.
• The cost of returning the product(s) is the responsibility of the consumer.
• The consumer is also responsible for the product until it is received by Druid Drops. This means we cannot reimburse the product if it is damaged or lost during the return shipment.
• Once we have received the return shipment, we will refund the purchase amount, including any shipping costs for the returned product, within 14 days.
