Description
We will take you into the forest to connect with our natural surroundings. At the start of this medicine walk we ask you to set an intention or formulate a question for inquiry regarding what is alive for you right now. As we will wander through the forest, nature can offer you signs, guidance and insights. There will be space to reflect upon your inner dynamics and the dynamics that are at play in your life and we will take moments to point out certain plants, trees or animals and share their story with you.
Spending time in nature has been proven to have a calming effect on the mind and on the nervous system. It helps you ground and center yourself and can be very supporting in clearing out any stagnant feelings you may be experiencing.
A walk takes 2 hours.
